Basic Rules

You will learn most rules about EGA over time but these are the basic rules that we set for everybody. Follow them and you will be just fine

1.Respect everyone in the clan. Disrespect is not tolerated and if it is an serious case it will be handled by the Extreme Council. We hope that you will like everyone but if you don't you dont have to say it, keep it to yourself. If there is a problem please inform a higher rank of the problem and it will be taken care of.

2.Follow the orders of the your leaders. Be aware who is your superior and honor them. They are a higher authority so you MUST obey. If you find something to be odd, dont be afraid to talk to someone else about it. If you show good signs of repect, tolerance, generosity, and duty your leaders will notice and you will be rewarded in the end.

3.Always be open minded. Its not "my way or the highway here" if something needs to be carried out listen to what others have to say. Of course you can agree to disagree but everything cant go your way. When something is decided upon everyone will back it up. This will ensure the success of the idea or change.

4.Favoritism is absolutely forbidden. Most know what this is and it takes place all the time, but NOT here. Favoritism is the favoring of one person or group over others with equal claims. We understand that some will make better friends then others, but this will not come into play when promoting/demoting or allowing someone to be on a team. If favoritism is found it will go through the exteme council.

5.Be fair. Please treat everyone equally and your experience in EGA will be a great one. The Extreme Council will enforce this
